Windows 10 or later, 64-bit. From the Microsoft Store it is signed, it updates itself, and it opens with no warning. The direct installer is still here if you would rather not use the Store — Windows warns once on that one (More info → Run anyway).

x86-64, GTK and WebKit (libwebkit2gtk-4.1-0). The .deb pulls in what it needs; the archive is the plain binary, and --headless runs it on a machine with no screen.
